Master Terms & Conditions Agreement

Effective Date: Upon submission of payment, Relationship Readiness Evaluation or creation of a profile.

1. Agreement & Acceptance

1.1 This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Matchmaking Collective (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual (“Member,” “Client,” or “you”).

1.2 By submitting payment, creating a profile, attending events, or participating in any services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1.3 If you do not agree, you must not participate in any services.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 Matchmaking Collective provides curated introductions, coaching, and social experiences.

2.2 Services are for personal development and social connection purposes only.

2.3 We do not guarantee compatibility, chemistry, or relationship outcomes.

3. Eligibility & Accuracy

3.1 You confirm you are at least 28 years old.

3.2 You confirm you are legally single.

3.3 You agree all information provided is accurate and current.

3.4 Misrepresentation may result in termination without refund.

4. Consultation, Database & Membership

4.1 All individuals begin with a paid consultation.

4.2 Placement into the database does not constitute client membership.

4.3 Database placement does not guarantee matches or introductions.

4.4 Client membership is offered at our sole discretion.

5. Matchmaking Process

5.1 Matches are selected based on:

Personal information

Preferences and values

Professional judgment

Ongoing feedback

5.2 Matchmaking is subjective and not algorithm-based.

5.3 No number of matches is guaranteed unless stated in writing.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

6.1 All fees are clearly outlined prior to purchase.

6.2 All fees are strictly non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

6.3 By submitting payment, you acknowledge:

Services begin immediately

You waive any right to dispute charges

Dissatisfaction or lack of results does not qualify for a refund

7. Termination

7.1 Matchmaking Collective reserves the right to terminate participation, membership, or services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

7.2 All fees remain strictly non-refundable, regardless of termination timing, participation level, or outcomes.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

8.1 We collect personal information for matchmaking and service delivery.

8.2 Limited information may be shared with potential matches.

8.3 You agree to keep all member information confidential.

8.4 You release Matchmaking Collective from claims related to information use.

9. Media, Recording & Likeness Consent

9.1 You consent to photography, video, and audio recording.

9.2 You grant permission for use of your likeness for:

Marketing

Social media

Training

Promotional purposes

9.3 Calls, consultations, and communications may be recorded for quality assurance and internal review.

9.4 You waive any right to inspect or approve content and release all related claims.

10. Events & Social Gatherings

10.1 Participation in events is voluntary.

10.2 You acknowledge events involve inherent risks, including interactions with others.

10.3 You assume full responsibility for your participation.

10.4 You release Matchmaking Collective from any liability related to:

Personal interactions

Injuries

Losses or damages

11. Community & Facebook Group Disclaimer

11.1 Matchmaking Collective may host or participate in online communities, including Facebook groups.

11.2 Not all individuals in these groups are evaluated, screened, or verified members.

11.3 You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with interacting with group members.

11.4 Matchmaking Collective is not responsible for any communications, meetings, or relationships formed through these communities.

12. Conduct Standards

12.1 You agree to act with respect and integrity.

12.2 Harassment, manipulation, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.

12.3 Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

13. Appearance & Life Changes

13.1 You agree to disclose significant appearance changes.

13.2 You agree to notify us of:

Relationship status changes

Availability changes

Major life updates

14. Assumption of Risk

14.1 You acknowledge that dating involves inherent risks.

14.2 You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation.

15. Release of Liability

15.1 You release and hold harmless Matchmaking Collective from all claims arising from:

Introductions

Events

Communications

Member interactions

15.2 Matchmaking Collective makes no representations regarding the character, conduct, or safety of any participant.

16. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

16.1 You acknowledge the risk of communicable illness.

16.2 Matchmaking Collective is not responsible for health-related outcomes.

17. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

17.1 Services are educational and not medical, psychological, or therapeutic.

18. Governing Law

18.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

19. Entire Agreement

19.1 This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties.

20. Modifications

20.1 Matchmaking Collective may update these terms at any time.
20.2 Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
